Water distribut system

Peration principle
The closed cooling tower is composed of two boxes. The right side of the upper box is a heat exchange coil, the lower side of the coil is a heat exchange filler, and the left side is a fan inlet cavity and a maintenance passage. When running, The working fluid in the upper box flows in the coil, the outer wall of the coil is sprayed with water, the heat of the fluid is transferred to the outer water film through the tube wall, the water film continuously evaporates and takes away the heat under the action of the wind, the wind and the spray water flow in the same direction reduces the formation of scale and strengthens the heat transfer: the spray water after the heat transfer at the coil is transferred to the packing of the lower box to continue the evaporation heat transfer, so as to make itself The temperature is lower, thus forming a larger temperature difference with the working fluid in the next cycle, enhancing the heat transfer effect, and the air after heat transfer becomes saturated hot and humid air and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan.
